Two boys, aged 12 and 13, were seriously assaulted at Rosewood State High School three weeks ago - forcing it into lockdown.
Both were transported to hospital for treatment.
Police have today charged a 14-year-old boy with two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a knife in a school.
He will be dealt with under the Youth Justice Act.
