Intimidating and controlling behaviour could become a criminal offence, under a push by the Queensland Women's Legal Service.
It comes after 31-year-old Hannah Clarke and her three young children, were murdered by her estranged husband at Camp Hill last Wednesday.
Hannah's family has spoken about the signs of emotional abuse in their relationship.
