A boy has been seriously injured after falling 10 metres off a wall in the Toowoomba region.
It happened on Parkview Drive at Glenvale at just after 6 last night.
Queensland Ambulance says a male primary school aged patient was transported to Toowoomba Hospital with a head injury.
