UPDATE| A 21-year-old Brisbane woman has been located deceased, following a search and rescue in Goomburra Valley overnight.
The woman was last seen at campgrounds on Inverramsay Road, Goomburra around 11.40pm.
An aerial search was conducted, and a land-based search resumed at first light this morning.
The woman was located deceased nearby around 8am.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
EARLIER| A search and rescue operation has been launched for a woman in her 20s who went missing at Goomburra Valley overnight.
The woman was last seen at campgrounds on Inverramsay Road, Goomburra south of Aratula at around 11.40pm.
An aerial search was conducted, and a land-based search resumed at first light this morning.
The woman is described as Caucasian, slim, approximately 170cm tall with dark hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing a pink jumpsuit and tracksuit pants.
