  1. The wall to the bathroom at the back of the house has been removed
  2. The floor to the back room (previously the bathroom and hallway to the back stairs) is getting lifted to sit flush with the rest of the floorboards
  3. A big shout out to Dave from Men's Sheds who donates a portion of his time each week to share his skills and life experience with the apprentices

Here he is with Lochie, helping to remove some ceiling sheets. Dave has a lifetime of knowledge and experience that he is passing down to the apprentices. His patience in explaining things does not go unnoticed. Key contractor, Jamie, also adds that having Dave onsite helps him to schedule works and keep the project running smoothly.

UP NEXT!
- The ceiling to the old bathroom is to be removed and replaced at almost the same height as the rest of the house. Following this is the removal of the wall to the living area and the old bathroom area - this becomes a key design feature, creating an open plan living.
