Police are investigating a fatal caravan fire in the Lockyer Valley .
Emergency services were called to a Helidon property at around 10.50am on Wednesday, where they discovered a caravan fully engulfed with the fire spreading to part of an adjacent building.
After fire crews contained the blaze, a person was located deceased inside the caravan.

There are no reports of anyone else injured in the incident.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined.
