Criminal raped Forest Lake girl because he wanted to go to jail

A Wacol criminal will stay in custody indefinetly after he admitted that he raped a 10-year-old Forest Lake girl because he wanted to go to jail.
It comes after the Queensland Attorney-General stopped the release of 47-year-old Christopher Colin Watkins last month after he told a psychologist the reason behind the 1998 crime.
He will now continue to be held for ongoing control, care and  treatment.
