We all used to do it back in the 80s. We'd listen along to the radio and quickly tape those songs that we just couldn't get enough of. Then we'd use the double-deck to carefully transfer one song to another cassette, and then another until we'd build our own ultimate mix tape... or at least one for that girl or guy we were trying to impress at school!
We've come a long way... cassettes have given way to CDs, digital downloads and live streaming... and the humble mix tape has become a "favourites list" that you can embed in to your Facebook profile (whatever that means!).
So at River 949, we're getting you to put togther your own Virtual Mix Tape. It's how we know what music you love to hear!
