Just over twelve months ago, River 94.9 underwent a significant change of format to closer mirror the demographics and lifestyle of this diverse region.

We’re live and local! We target the 35-44 demographic with a music blend to reflect that audience. “The Biggest Variety of hits from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and whatever.” The station’s personalities aren’t bound by a rigid format.

We’re just having fun and enjoying what we do. We’d like to think the whole radio station’s like that and our listeners get the ‘feel goods’.
